My Ex hasnt really made much effort to stay in touch we hang out sometimes but thats about it someone said she is getting the best of both worlds, so i got sick of it and started talking less and less...

now i found out that my DUM ASS SISTER !!! spoke to my EX last night and said,

"what did u say or do to nick because when i asked about you, he didnt seem to care anymore, like all his feelings where gone it was well weird hes never been like that with you"

and this morning i wake up to a message from the EX which i have ignored saying :

"A little birdie is saying you've gone cold, everything okay?"

Does this show she still likes me, or that she is still trying to get the best of both worlds out of me, i would like her back so how should i continue???

I'm sure someone here will post a great text or reply that you can send but my take is this :if she broke up with you leave her. You can get her into Chase mode, build value and all that stuff but sooner or later whatever reason she didn't want to be together will come back and you'll be more hurt. She wants to know she still has you on a string.
