Texting a girl 'I miss you' would be very close to the last thing I'd text a girl I'd just started dating.

There's loads on here about demonstrating high value, and about texts. Have a look around.

when you text you gotta give her a hook, something that makes her interested in you! The fact that you miss her isn't really about you.

Maybe start a new post, giving more details on the situation and you can get some more specific advice.

Stateofarrest is correct. But maybe you can still salvage things with this girl. Or at least get some practice inventing fun things to tease girls with (BE NICE, though).

For instance, you could send her another text saying "I was just seeing if you were awake. I really just miss my dog [insert name], at least he responds to my texts!"

Or "Just kidding about the 'I miss you' thing. So don't get any ideas... you still owe me that beer."

Or "Hey, sorry, I got that least message wrong... it was supposed to say 'u miss me'"

You get the picture... tease, show value, NEVER EVER be needy or mean.
