Alright im going to be honest, im fairly new to the whole "internet sarging" however I met this girl who I really want to number close and could use someones advice.

I noticed her on my friend Rachel's myspace account and friended her. Shes an HB8 and she looks almost exactly like this other girl "courtney" i hooked up with last summer.

okay first problem, the myspace, fuck it man that is a womans domain, think about it, all your friends all the girls you know all the things they say, how gossip spreads, myspace is womens territory, where they decide if your good enough, you really have to up the game in person, cut off myspace contact until you meet her in person,
best bet is drop her a message, no better find out were she works through her friends, were she hangs out, try to run into her, then you have a perfect opener, she already knows you wanna fuck her cuase you added her, so you have to neg her a bit to gain control. once you have the control build it up with more kino (you should have kino her 3-5 times in the first 8 minutes of talking to her. try to find someway to run into her, asking to hang out on myspace is horrible, you loose every valueble tactic you have.

Apparently you're not familiar with pickup tactics online.
I'm guessing you don't translate "teasing alpha-male" very well in written form.

I have met plenty of girls through myspace, completely successfully.
One of my former bandmates had even called me an "epimp" .

All you do is be different from other guys who creepily message chicks with "you're hot",
and use the same tactics we use in the field.
You just have to use things that translate well in written form.
(things that don't depend on vocal tonality or body language)
It's really not that difficult.

im somewhere in between. I think the internet is a great tool to use for meeting girls. However I feel the stigmas that come with myspace are pretty damaging to most guys looking to meet girls online.

Its just like the real world, there are loser afc creeps, and there are guys who know what they are doing. However on myspace its like putting the real world under a microscope and everything becomes a lot more analytical....at least for guys who arent trying to sound creepy.

Yeah, your exactly right...95% of the women you would want to meet that you see online, are extremely hesitant to just talking to some guy. Because 95% of the guys that will message them turn out to be fucking CREEPERS. I used to internet sarge about 6 months ago, and I had some good lays from it, but the majority of the time I was really just wasting my time sitting in front of the computer accomplishing even half of what I could have been doing out in the general public. Overall, I think its a toss up, I no longer bother with it....not because its "nerdy" or whatever, but because like I said, I feel I have way more control in an actual social interaction.

I meet a total of around 73 girls from the net prior to me getting into the game, all make out dates and sometimes sex.
