What do you guys think, if I start with an opener like this:

"I have a confession to make... You are probably the first ones to hear this but...... this is so hard.... I'm..... (answer)".

If I walk up to a group of girls and say that I assume they would react and want to know what I'm talking about, but how should I end it so they start laughing and attract them? Any ideas?

I can't seem to find any answers online.

honestly its different for every girl and the way you say it.

Is what you will sound like to a lot of women these days (unless you already know them and are trying to be funny). I think girls, more often recently, are in tune to bogus attempts at opening a group of girls. And particularly of this variety, it just seems forced and you look like a reaction whore.

You are much better off opening by saying hi, introducing yourself and then asking a question to the group. Either way, it'll come off weird...but if any of the girls feel some attraction, it wont really matter what you say. And always remember to give the one your after the least attention...until later.

I agree with the above poster. Openers need to be natural sounding, which is why the best ones are genuine questions, observations, compliments etc. Lines like that are at best cheesy, and at worst make you sound like an oddball. When I come up with an opener I always ask myself how I'd react if I saw a guy saying it to a woman, or how I'd react if a woman said it to me. If it's in any way negative I discard it.
