Every night? Every other night? Every weekend? Talk on the phone every night? Text all day every day?

I'm sure it's different for everyone and dependent on how long you've been dating etc, but I'm curious to hear some feedback about everyone's situation.

Met my current ex at uni, see each other everyday, same dininghall, studying towards the same degree. Read my thread if you want other details, but less is more when it comes to seeing someone. Before this ex, i dated this girl for 2 and a half years, saw her one during the week, and once during the weekend. Never ever really experienced disinterest. Less is definitely more.

I used to see my ex every day. Yea, 7 days a week. Rarely were the exceptions when I'd see her 6/7 or 5/7. And no , I'm not joking. And no , nothing bad ever happened because of it. And it was a 3 year LTR.
We'd meet either before or after going out with our separate social groups , for about 1 hour.Give or take , depending on the situation.

Point I'm trying to make is that as long as you don't become a doormat by modeling your schedule after hers , you should be fine.



Now , if you're talking about the "We're gonna get sick of each others' face" , well , that's a different story.It's not really about how many times a week you see her , but about how much time per day.

If you see her like I did , for a 1-ish hour / day - 7days a week you'll be better of than seeing her 8 h/day - 3 days a week.
