Hi All, I couldn't find a particular thread that reference this here if there is please point me towards it...but i was wondering what too look for with IOI's from the Ex or friend??

This came about because i recently broke up with my Ex girlfriend and many of my mates who game have started to notice curtain things that look like IOI but are mixed up from the normal, here are a few for example:

She still calls me hun, or babe in person - never uses it in txt messages or online

She sends me short blunt messages with no XXX however uses smiley faces more often than used to - not always only if we have seen each other

If i make jokes bout her she still gives me the same STERN look she used to playfully - as if we are still together

Saw her the other day and she hugged and went to kiss me - as if we where still together and when i told her off and said she gotta control what she is used to, she just smiled and said yea i no, and then later the same night told me i was just a friend now nothing more

she doesnt contact me at all but seems to find reason to remain around when i see her for example - she was looking to earn some extra money so told her i trust you with my stuff u can tidy my flat if u like wash up and hoover nothing special i said spend an hour there ill be out, she arrived at 1 - i returned back at 2:15 she was still there and continued to clean and chat with me helping now till nearly 3...

she keeps leaving items at mine and when i tell her to take them she says oh i havnt got a bag ill get them another day - giving her a reason to come back

tells me about her nights out and who she was with and every now and then drops in where she spent the night (which is normally HOME OR HER GAY FRIENDS) and more so if i mention another girl - trying to make me jealous but make me realise she isnt with other guys at the same time.

she moves closer like its normal and without saying a word example - she was over with a few of my friends was meant to be leaving at half 7, sat next to me on sofa, she had her feet up but not touching me and just kept moving closer till our legs where touching then over lapping a little so i moved back as if it was normal and she didnt seem to mind at all...

she keeps asking bout who im texting or emailing or been with any comments i make bout girls wants to know who they are where it was etc - jealous showing through without her realising i think

night before cleaning she came over to collect keys, and turned up looking hot as hell!!! and told me she was off to her friends birthday when i asked why she was dressed up - surely this has to be trying to annoye me she could have got the keys when ever she wanted and chose then in that outfit

i want to know what you guys think???? do you agree these are IOI's or are they just slip ups and thats why there is still fuck all contact when we are not face to face???? shall i stop our limited contact and go complete NO contact till she comes to me? as we already have arranged date for events in the next few weeks so she will have to contact me at somepoint ?


let me no and put your experience if you have any, as i havnt seen anyone really talking about this ?

Yes they are IOI's and she is chasing and teasing you to. Question is what do you want from her?

I want her back, but she left me because i changed, she even told a close friend of mine who passed it on that she wants the me back that she fell in love with :/

i want her back i no this much, but i want her to come to me cause i no if i make the first move every guard she has in her head will shoot straight up, unless i get the perfect second ... not to mention i gotta get round her mates again lol, the hardest bit bout them is they dont actually hate me they are all still really nice to me, they just said they dont like us together lol OUCH!!!

Like someone had said, it's sign of IOI and she is chasing you, because there's still some of the passion in her and she made a mistake ditching you because she was strongly influenced by other factors. You left her with an Alpha frame, so now she's trying to get you back. Problem is, even if you make up with her, it will never be the same like before because the trust factor is gone. It depends on you what you want to make of this relationship. Some people turn it into a FWB or a fuck buddy if she's really good in bed and you have to make that known (in a romantic way while still maintaining both your and her pride) to her if she wants you back. To earn your trust so to speak by being a FWB first. But this is again a slippery slope to walk into because that would just delay or prolong your unbonding process with her that prevents you from seeing another girl who has better terms than she is. It's up to you.
