She didn't want to have sex though (fine by me: I didn't expect to end up with anyone and so, stupidly, I had no condoms) and she didn't want to perform oral on me (but she did grind against my crotch in bed). I didn't pressure her for oral or sex: I just wanted her to be comfortable but I'm surprised I didn't get a handjob (maybe I should have guided her hand). Any idea why she didn't want sex? She didn't know that I wasn't carrying condoms so could this be standard last minute resistance? I think she used to be quite religious (and maybe she still has a few hangups) and she claimed to be quite inexperienced (which is believable).

I should see her again though and, hopefully, we'll end up in bed (I'm 24 and it'd be nice to lose my virginity before I turn 25). Any advice on how to proceed?

you should escelate her and say you dont want sex and once you think shes really horny try guiding her.
