Urges come and go, but a simple truth to all this is that the more you do something, the more you want to repeat it. So here is my advice:
Towards people, try to actually CONNECT with some. You seem to be at a stage where you dont care to connect to others nor you do the least effort to do so. Go and give it a shot, you may surprise yourself with the experience.
Thats all this is about: its you looking for new approaches towards everyday life and how would you enjoy it at its peak. Try new things, change old habits, be yourself at the end of the day.

I actually tried helping my gf (ex now, idc) and it made me feel way better, but then she dumped me (again). Though I still did feel WAY better than all of the time.
I'll try to find out what I want from life now and ofcourse start living more in the moment not my plans for flexibility.
