Alright guys, so today I did wear my heart rate chest strip and went to the mall approaching women to see what it's actually like. The first approach let my heart rate shot up to 165 BPM, then it became a little better with 130 BPM at the lowest. Then the 7th approach got my heart rate up to 175 BPM because that one was a real hottie. That's crazy and I am just walking at a normal pace. I even have lower BPM while jogging. My BPM while sitting is around 60 and when walking around 90.

Now I want you guys who have a heart rate monitor at home anyway because you do sports to go out there and post your results on maximum, minimum and average heart rate when approaching women. In this way we can compare our heart rates and also find out ways to reduce it.

Don't over think the approach so much and watch it get easier. Approaching is really the easy part once you learn what you are doing. I've been practicing pick-up and seduction for over 4 years and I STILL get approach anxiety lol it doesn't ever go away. It's a natural feeling to get. Learn to control it instead of fighting it and you will be much happier with your progress.

I wouldn't put too much on this anyway. Your heart rate going up doesn't necessarily mean you're turning into a nervous wreck. I feel "nervous" before every game of football that I play - and I've been playing for a good 15 years now - but it's a sort of anticipation and excitement as much as it is nerves.

And whilst I don't know about my heart rate, even if I just have a fairly mundane general chat with a hot girl, I usually feel a bit of a thrill coming away from it, just because I enjoy it - I don't feel nervous at all but even if I go into it with no expectation of achieveing anything I come away with that "buzz" and my heart rate is probably up.

Moral of the story - don't worry about your heart rate. Worry about enjoying yourself.
