What's up y'all. Here is the situation.

A girl (HB 9) asked me on facebook if they hire at my job. I chatted a bit on facebook and teased her. She get hired at my job a little while after.

february 21 (thursday) I propose her to go for a drink. She accept. I cancel her on purpose (I tell her I have a last minute thing), she propose me to go out with her friends saturday february 23. I can't because I'm out of town.

Finally we go for that drink february 28 and we had a really nice night (We talked from 8h30 PM to 2h00 AM). I used a lil bit of push n pull, kino escalation stuff but I stayed nice and cool. After that night she texts me:

''Hey I'm home safe. Thanks for the night it was nice! It's not that I wanted to leave I just needed to sleep lol sry I'm weak me.''

I reply: Don't worry babe night was nice blablabla

Days pass and we text a little each day. Wednesday I asked her:

"You have plans friday? I had an idea"

She replies: "I already have plans but not sure what exactly yet. What you doing u"

I tell her: We going out to a nice place join me.

Then DEAD no answer since wednesday. What should I do? I thought that maybe she is a little bit stressed out since it's her first week at work. We are working for the same company but NOT in the same office. Should I persuade her a little more (text or call?) for tonight or just freeze her out until she texts me. It's definitely not the last time we will see eachother but I'm not sure exactly whether she just wanted to find a friend at the office. I need to get her to follow my lead to a bar or something so I can step up my game.

P.S. Her texts responses are always extreeeemly slow so I play the "busy man" card too.
