this girl is sitting on the left side, she cross her leg toward me, does this mean she is interested in me; also she doest expose her neck just the leg cross toward me. she sometime cross away from me when this random guy sit beside her.

you can start by asking her about the meaning of her body language.

I agree with worldrunner, you ask yourself these somewhat not so big of deal questions.
Usually when someone is mimicking your body language they could be doing it subconsciously or consciously.

In then end you could've said an easy opener, "So I've noticed you have been copying my body language whats up with that?" And moved on from there.

Things you gave were way too vague.... Honestly body language is very situational. I can't give you a direct answer because I don't know the context, or anything else.

There is a thread I authored. It goes over body language pretty detailed, if you have a problem after reading that post it in the thread and I'll answer it. You honestly didn't give me near enough information because body language isn't just one signal it's a combination of signals where you take into consideration all sorts of different things including: context, consistency, congruency, idiosyncratic behaviors, etc.

Usually, if a girl gives me an IOI from across the room... It's pretty obvious. Then I could go in with an opener that's pretty direct and just assume interest. But crossing her legs... Ehh.. She could be crossing her legs because she is somewhat classy? Maybe she smells and she doesn't want anyone to notice? Is she wearing a skirt? There could be a million different reasons. Cause she mimics your body language doesn't really mean anything. If you actually OPEN her, and she mimics your body language... That might be a different story. Like said tho... Using body language to determine interest is very situation based.

Cause a girl appears as if she is smiling at you, maybe her phone was in her pocket and vibrated in the right spot? If you aren't even going to say anything to her... Then what does it matter if she is flipping her hair in your direction, smiling at you with anime eyes, applying layer after layer of lip gloss to her already caked with make up face? You have to SAY something to her in order for her to realize she likes you. If she is trying to get your attention, you have to realize that she probably doesn't even notice that she is doing it. It is her natural instinct. OPEN and TALK and then you will find out how valid your assumed IOIs are.
