A balanced vegetarian diet lower the chances of colon and some other cancers. A vegetarian diet is sometimes recommended for people with diabetics, high blood pressure and kidney problems.

- Submit a further lower effort to body during digestion;
- Detoxifies the whole body;

Diet plays vital role in improving physical as well as mental fitness. Proper diet gives you lots of benefits. if you don’t eat unhealthy you won’t see the results you expect. Fresh fruits and green veggies are great sources of nutrition. Avoid eating fast foods, they add more weight to body.

Its cheaper to get a higher quality meal when its mixed in my area. (ie not total vegetarian)

Eat a quality breakfast!!

I cant stress it hard enough. Its half a cheat meal for me thou as its a beef burger (beef and veges (lettuce tomato and small cucumber) )a plus but cheese and bacon is hi in fat) with milk tea(hi sugar) .

I said half because i ONLY eat it after jogging at the track for at least 400M in the morning before walking another 400M to the shop that sells it.
- Its fuel and building blocks for my body after excercise.

DO hydrate and mildly carbo load if jogging if ur very thin like me.I drink 100CC of sports drinks if hungry for the carbs and 200CC of water if thirsty after waking up. I dont injest more than 300 CC of fluid before excercise as it makes me feel unwell when running .

For anyone interested in nutrition I can highly recommend the book "The UltaMind Solution" from Mark Hyman, an awesome book on how nutrition influences out thoughts, emotions, memory and learning ability. It's pretty scientific and a long read but definetely worth it.

Yep. Eating the right foods, and giving your body what it needs without excess sugar, carbs, yucky fat, salt, and other junk will make you pretty! (well, prettier...you're already pretty pretty). If you feed your body what it needs daily, it will be able to build itself properly.

Balance diet is an effective healthy life style, together with exercising. It helps us to be physically and mentally healthy. We become energetic, and not easily prone to sickness. We can do our job well, and it also helps us to live longer.

Please don't go veggie, it’s so silly.

Yes it has some good points, lower toxic level, more nutrients, probably better than SAD.
BUT humans were clearly designed to eat animals, for millions of years we have eaten animals, and have evolved to survive and flourish on them. Please point out any pre agricultural groups that did not eat any animals, I don’t think you will find any.

For one thing, there are essential amino acids that your body cannot make and you can only get a full range from animals. Most vegetarians are B12 deficient as well. Also animals are clearly more nutrient dense that plants (it is a fallacy that they are not). Liver, eggs, seafood are packed with nutrients, way above any plant.
This is started to sound awful paleo, and while that movement is not perfect it is a step in the right direction.
On an interesting side note, one theory of evolution argues that what caused us to evolve away from apes was our growing ability to hunt/eat animals, providing different nutrients, which enabled us to get big brains.

Another theory is suggests a bottleneck style evolution took place at some point, putting us all on the coast, that made humans hunt/ eat lots of fish, further feeding and growing our big brains (omega 3s and the like).

The lesson is eat meat……well at least fish, maybe some eggs as well, a little liver, perhaps a steak, and pork, lard, duck, meatloaf, meat feast………………. You get the idea.

Health is wealth.A man can be fitter longer as long his health is good.Use mostly vegetables and fruits to make your health in good condition.A healthy man enjoys all the benefits in his life because he had not any kind of afraid in his life related to health on the other hands a person with minor condition of health is always afraid of different diseases like Sugar,Heart attack,cancer and live on medicine.

Hi Paganini,
Wise decission as all of the nutrients are only available in their natural form. You will consume lot less sugar and salt when you eat vegetables. Vegetables increase bone mass, increase immunity system and reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.
