How can one stay unattached from people in his social group? For example, hang out alot with a girl, but not start to love her.. even if im gaming many women at once, I feel like I like them all for some reason? To be honest I am kind of happy with female attention, but sometimes I feel like I can't go without it, and when I notice them giving it to someone else, I kind of get angry in my head(angry is a strong word btw..) I just start thinking about this and that.. and read books on how to be a alpha male to try and reconfigure my mentality.. anyone have books on these topics of mindset and socializing with people without getting to attached to them?

What do you mean by unattached. I like every single girl I talk to a lot, but I controll myself. I occupy my mind. You don't mind it don't matter. Talk to other girls and have hobbies man. You don't have to change your mentality and all that shit. Just preoccupy yourself.

Do you have anything else going for you other than these women? As Invictus said, take up a new hobby or start doing new things. You won't have to time to think about a girl when you are focusing on other things.

Indeed I don't have much other then school on my mind. Been planning to start going to the gym again, that should keep me busy in the evenings. Other then that I watch movies and games, but don't actually occupy my mind.

So the best way to not think about them much and have more control is to be busy with stuff sports work etc. I'll remember that and see what I can do. If anyone got more tips I'll gladly hear them.

Accept that you may not be the only guy they sleep with. I'm seeing a girl at the moment who has a boyfriend of 9 years, in a way it suits me because I used to married and I don't have time for a full on relationship. It's useful that she has a boyfriend, because he keeps an eye on her when I'm not around, yet she's admitted to me that sexually, their love life is pretty much dead. Ideal situation imo and much better than a hot single girl who is out being a party animal 24/7

Clear your mind. Teach yourself to be free from all the unnecessary though processes and patterns that your brain constantly runs. Be present to every moment. Only think when it is necessary, observe otherwise.
