i have met this girl at a club, i had a 10 min coversation with her, but unfortunately i had to go.
i asked for he number and she gave it. i waited 2 days and texted her, we had a good conversation by text.
she showed some IOI. after 3 weeks of texting her, i asked her out, she said that she was sorry because she couldn't. then i texted: it doesnt matter i'll survive, after that she didn't text me back, and so did i.
it's now a week ago we texted with each other the last time. we are both 19

how can i reinitiate the conversation, what openers can i use? how do i tackle this?

1. Don't be a chicken and try calling her You should really call the girl if you wanna ask her out as it breaks the ice and your not just some anonymous creep sending messages.
2. Just open something like "hey, something just reminded me of you!" etc etc, then ask her out - its all good
