I have run into this a couple times. A good looking girl will send me lots of IOI's but getting interaction is like beating a dead horse., the recent example is she walks by my proximity a lot, stares at me from a distance, looks over her shoulder at me. Said "hi," to me once but only, looked at me for a split second. Everytime I say "Hi," she looks away and keeps on walking. but still gives me signals. My guess is that she's probably REALLY SHY. Any tips on how do deal with this? This isn't a one itis problem, this sort of thing i run into a lot. There IS attraction on their end, but they are really nervous or shy.
