So I have been chatting with this girl for almost a month now. Every time I try to move things to a meet up she avoids the topic but continues to chat with me. She is one of 4 different girls who I have been talking to for weeks and keeps saying stuff like 'I can't wait to get close to you' and 'I want to show you more than just boobs' but never makes it easy for us to actually meet up eventually. I just don't understand it. Here is an example...

You are saying you are ready and waiting, but you keep avoiding a means for us to actually meet up.
I am getting the sense that you are all talk and no action. I won't be available for much longer if this is the case.

You're trying to use logic to get her to meet up instead of appealing to her emotionally and going with the flow. Do not do this. Ever. It's an incredible DLV and shows you're more invested than she is. If she's still talking to you after you did this, then she must really be into you.

If you insist on pursuing her and not nexting her, then freeze her out for a week or 2. She's being difficult and obnoxious, so instead of showing her your frustration, punish her with your absence. The one who appears to care less has the most power (credit: GKS).

I understand the whole 'appeal to her emotions not try to convince her by logic' thing. I just don't understand how you are supposed to be patient when you are chatting up for months at a time. I mean, I've said almost everything I can think of to make her FEEL comfortable about meeting up. What the hell else am I supposed to say?
Abracadabra! or something. The reason I'm not nexting her is because I'm talking to a few other girls on this website and its the same scenario more or less. Do they not realize that they are probably never going to feel completely comfortable based on emotions they feel while reading a text on a computer. And I don't really think absence from a dating website will mean that much... Women have so many options on these sites that they can easily forget and move on to the next thing.

Please explain this to me. How else am I supposed to build comfort?

I even asked a few girls as an experimental opener to critique my profile, I wasn't really interested in gaming them I just wanted to honestly get their opinion. One girl responded that she gets over 100 messages a day and only reads about 10% of them. The other responded that she only likes latin guys (she is latin).

Which, by the way, is something else I have already suspected. I live in Miami where about 90% of every female is latin. I have been reviewing all of my sent messages recently on both sites that I use and almost all the girls that respond positively are white. So that is probably another reason why I get shit results upon opening, because of my geographical location and the ethnic population that results.

I challenge anyone on here to come down to this city, which is different in every way than most other cities in this country, to see if they get the same results in online sarging. I bet not, unless they are latin that is.

Trust me dude, I understand your frustration... if I had a dollar for every girl I met from online game that I spent months texting only to never meet up with her.... well, I wouldn't be rich, but I'd have a hell of a lot of pocket cash. It's really hard to be patient with this shit. Girls from online game are FLAKEY as all hell. Don't hold high expectations for it.

One thing I've learned recently... 1) I get much better results when I don't actually try to get the girl and 2) attraction is almost not even necessary until you actually MEET her... until then, focus 99% on comfort

Put this girl on the back burner. Show her she's not that important to you, and if she's going to be difficult then you're just not going to put up with her bullshit. Freeze her out for at least a week, then reengage her with a non-commital text.... but this time focusing on comfort, i.e. teasing, joking, getting to know each other, etc.
