I only hang out with females and I have slept with most of them or had some form of relations with them. I love getting advise from them and they set me up with their friends, win-win for me. You need to separate sex from love or a relationship. You've had one-night stands before and have probably broken a few hearts, the shoe is on the other foot and you don't know what to do. I say go have fun and enjoy it, you might have sex again or become friends and have someone to bounce things off of, or deliver more girls to you. The other best thing about being friends with girls is other women see you with them and you become more attractive, more desirable.
