Agree and disagree. Sure you need a good mindset for it. And yes strong eye contact with girl is necessary. But you also have to be sure that she is somewhat interested in a kiss. E.g. I tried 2 days ago to kiss 2 girls (not at the same time offcourse). Both turned their heads at the moment of impact. There has to be sexual tension, or else it's a fail, like what happened to me. Build it up or else face a cheek!
