Seriously. Well, not the matching thing, but definitely the pink shirt thing. If a girl is telling you to wear something, it's because she thinks it'll look good on you. And she's usually right (not always, but if she can dress herself well, she can dress you well).

A few years ago, my (female) housemate talked me into wearing a pink shirt, and now I ALWAYS have at least one pink shirt, because it always ends well for me.

Absolutely do it. Chances are shes turned in by it. Glasses, a tie, a color... whatever. Tell her she has to wear____ in return because it drives you wild.

Although I dunno about the whole matching thing. This isnt a wedding and were not dating so, no.

I get what you're saying, but why not just try it for your own observations? My dress code is fairly monochrome by choice (greys, blacks, a single dark hue color) but when I had a girl ask me to wear purple at first I said "F that. That's for gays." When I actually did she was ravenous... and I saw others checking my direction. Now I have a number of purple shirts and ties because I look good in purple. And it works.

What I'm saying is don't be afraid to experiment. If you do wear something she requests do it for yourself, not for her. RS has a point; too much and you're whipped. Don't let her change you.
