WEEK 3 DAY 1

Stayed over my friends, I had the day of work and determined to get a good start to this week, I left himabout mid day and went straight to the gym I wanted to look at. It looked quiet and had enough equipment fr the price. I lied when i joined up and said i was younger then 27 and got it at £20 a month instead of £25. Alot less then the £38 the other gym wanted.

I did a shop as well. getting chicken breast, veg and turkey steak as well cleaning stuff so I can do a big tidy of the kitchen this week. Played football in the evening in a 6 a side league bit more intense then he regular 11 side.

I came home prepared my food for tomorrow

cut up carrot sticks
almonds
chicken with mixed vegetables. with and an egg mixed in with it when it was cooking.

Finally as I had a late night yesterday went to bed read through another 5 pages of 60 years of challange opening PDF and an early night. The snow has gone cycling to work tomorrow and should be doinga training sessin with my friend.

GOOD START

WEEK 3 DAY 2

I Cycled to work, then in the evening a 1 hour training session. Each session I am adding more reps and switching up exercises I do. I like them as I can be quiet lchilled in the gym so with someone else there its a very thorough work out and you try harder

WEEK 3 DAY 3

Cycled to football training, one hour training, then 5 miles back home.

WEEK 2 DAY 4

Got to the gym for the first time, only did a 45 minute chest and tri work out, I was meant to have another PT weights session doing mainly biceps wth my friend. But he had to cancel and I only found out after I could have stayed a bit longer.

So far my diets going well, I have stopped eating cheese, pasta, bread and sweets completely during monday-friday. I am preparing meals every evening for the next day all healthy and at weekends i tend to do half day healthy half day cheat but only if i am out and about at a friends and dont have much choice.

I haven't drunk this Jan yet either, but I am out next weekend first time this year so we can start to see how I am with the females a bit and I can judge what i need to work on.

I downloaded an app for my iphone for £2 it basically has all of the "game" in neat steps from intrduction, DHV, etc its a small amount and good to have a reminder to look at in the day or even for a quick boost on a night out. It is gong to be on the tasks for week 4 to go through a few sections.

I have gone to bed early to write up the last few days, I plan to read another 5 pages of 60 years of challange introduction pdf.
