Hey Guys, So ive been in an LTR with my girlfriend for 7 months now and it is by far the most serious either of us have ever been. We text all day, talk atleast 3 times a day consistently and the spark has always stayed strong. This is a long distance relationship btw, im 26 and shes 20. We see eachother 1 week out of every month and miss the hell out of eachother. Anyways so far everything has been happy and healthy (it just feels natural and good) we are always on the same page. Until 2 nights ago when I got extremely drunk with my friends and she called me and I acted like a moron and was aggressive with her, she immediately knew something was up and wanted to get off the phone but instead of letting her go I argued and acted controlling and told her no. Anyways we argued and got into a huge fight and she hung up and went to bed. The next morning she was distant, short and I could tell she was hurt. So I gave her space all day and we talked and made up and I apologized and told her how drunk I was. She appreciated me leaving her alone and that helped alot. NOW, ever since then I feel like I need to walk on eggshells and something is alittle bit off... I do NOT want to fall into AFC, her taking charge or seeing me as lower value. They say girls never forget things like that especially if you say something mean or really hurt them verbally. I need some advice guys, right now things are ok.... but Ive experienced this in past LTR's and sometimes this is the beginning to the end....Any advice on this would be great. Thanks
You're fine man. Just don't get needy, and remember you can always get another girl. You have to be willing to walk away from any relationship. If you start falling into scarcity mode you're going to push her away. Next time you hang out, be alpha. Keep everything cool like it was before, and don't appologize again. If you do, it'll make it seem like a bigger deal and she'll resent you for it. If you want any more info pm. Btw this JayMoe guy will probably comment, seeing as he has a crush on me and tends to follow all my posts and troll them.
Cheers, Alpha.
