Can anyone clarify if olive oil and cayenne red pepper mixed together actually works to regrow hair?

Just rock the baldy look. I started balding at the age of 27 and never looked back. Women love it.

Apply fresh aloe vera on to you hair and scalp. Leave it for about 30-60 minutes.
And then showering. Aloe vera only SGD 1 -1.5 / pc in wet market or supermarket. a big big one. can be used for 4-5 times. It works for me.

What you seek hasn't been invented yet. Try coping with it. If you are confidentwith who you are, no matter how you look, everybody will seem to ignore the fact that you are becoming bald. If you concern about it andalways try to hide it everybody will notice and start bothering you.

Social media teaches us that bald people are ugly and women hate them. I think bald people can be as much if not even more beatiful than any other male, if they just use normal hygene.

Some say some chicks love bald men. It may be true, but not necessaruly because they are bald, but because they don't give a damn about what others see them, from this perspective.

You are what you think you are. If you are confident with who you are, and feel good about yourself, women will feel the same about you and feel atracted to you. If you are affraid people will dislike you because of how you look you've already lost the battle.

Stand tall man! Winning the battle with yourself is not winning half the war, but all the war! Have confidence, look sharp and ignore the facts that you can not change. It will only get you into trouble. Trust me, I was in the same possition as you.

Have a nice day, and good luck scoring chicks!

I used to shave my head, and I got some compliments from chicks, and a few insults from others.

When I grew it back I got ten times more compliments.

I'm seriously considering going down the hair plugs route.

Vitamin B2 (also known as Riboflavin) is also deals with hair and skin, it could juse be genetics though if it runs in your family, or it could be due to stress maybe?

Idk but I believe my hair loss may be due to me growing it long without ever taking good care of it. Also I have without question masturbated and have endured stress. Maybe if these things all change my hair comes back?

Has anyone heard of the equate. I think the cheaper off brand stuff might be better than the expensive stuff. What I have learned is with cheaper products they give you dumb directions(to make you get what you pay for).

I have heard about the coconut hair oil. Also there are hair systems out there that are very realistic looking under $200!

I have read a couple of books about how to regrow hair naturally which were supposedly written by people who have done it themselves. Here are some things I learned that I feel are important:

They say the cause of most cases of male pattern baldness has to do with the male hormone androgen getting converted into DHT. Apparently, it is well known that DHT is the cause of hair loss. The medications on the market that do manage to help guys regrow hair apparently stop this hormone from converting to DHT - that's why they work. But, they also have horrible side effects like the inability to get an erection. I have come across a couple of all natural products which are suppose to help you regrow your hair. I don't recall what they were called nor have I tried them myself, but they're out there if you're looking for an alternative to medication.

If you believe that you're destined to lose your hair because it's "hereditary" then you might want to check out Bruce Lipton's book "The Biology Of Belief". He's a modern biologist who has come to the conclusion that our genes and DNA are not set in stone like we have been taught. They are effected by our beliefs and can be manipulated by our beliefs.

1. Use natural products to wash your hair. Stop using traditional shampoos and conditioners - they are harsh on your hair. While they might not necessarily be the cause of your hair loss, they certainly aren't helping it any.

2. Start brushing your hair with a brush that has 100% bore bristles. I think they use this kind of brush in hair salons. A bore bristle brush will spread the sebum (the oil on your scalp) out over the full length of your hair. That way all the sebum doesn't stay deposited on the scalp. This is important because DHT apparently gets in your sebum. They say that DHT is only found on certain parts of the scalp which is why guys lose hair on certain parts of their scalp (male pattern baldness). By spreading the sebum out you reduce the damage that the DHT can do. I purchased a bore bristle brush at Walmart for three bucks, so they aren't expensive. The brush will also stimulate the scalp which helps the blood to flow to it. Some peoples hair loss is actually caused by a lack of blood flow to the scalp. Apparently that is how your hair gets the nutrients it needs - from the blood. I don't know why hair which is made up of dead cells would need nutrients but apparently it does for some reason. Brush your hair when it's dry, not when it's wet. I brush mine before going to bed.

3. Eat a better diet so that you are giving your hair the nutrients it needs.

4. Stimulate your scalp to make sure you're getting proper blood flow so that the nutrients can get there. You can use your fingers to stimulate your scalp but it might also make you lose some hair if you do it a lot. You can do scalp exercises without using your fingers by raising your eyebrows and then your ears which cause your scalp to move. You could also stand on your head or lean forward so that all of the blood flows to your head. I've just basically been brushing my hair once a day, but that might not be enough scalp stimulation.

5. Consuming things that can prevent the hormone from converting to DHT can help. Green tea is suppose to be able to do this but I don't remember what else can.

6. Consume things that can help your hair grow back. I think millet seeds can do this.

7. Stop consuming things that cause the hormone to convert to DHT. I've heard that dairy products do this. It is hard to give up cheese, but it might help you keep your hair.

Btw, I've heard that a lot of guys have an itchy scalp when they're losing their hair. I know that at times my scalp does feel itchy. I was wondering if this itching was a sign of the presence of the enemy (DHT) on the scalp. What do you think?

Hi Harmon,

While there is no easy way or products to make your hair grow faster, however there are ways to ensure it grows nicer and healthier. It does take time and commitment to have beautiful hair. No oil or medicine can do the job permanently for you. The last and most effective solution is a Hair Transplant.

Hair Transplant is a surgical procedure, whereby hair is taken from one part of the scalp, generally from the back of the head, and implanted into the area of significant hair loss or baldness.
