i am actually a Mystery Method person. got some results with MM in the past.
but i've seen guys getting girls without using any technique at all. or some guys would just go for a direct kiss close.

i've seen some videos of Liam McRae recently. He is like one of the most dangerous guys i have seen. now i am changing my pickup from indirect to direct. initially i got some good response. and i feel less awkward opening directly. but now i am reaching a sticking point. girls would tell me they have a boyfriend very quickly. crash and burn happens so often. rejections just come so freaking quickly.

is it a completely different skill set in direct approach? i cud play hard to get while using MM. it seems like direct approach requires one to be thick skin. should i re engage more after rejections???

Here's the thing. You could do MM on some set in a bar, and they'll think "Oh, this is just some cool guy wanting our opinions and likes socializing." Then you run your routine and find out 20 minutes later that your target has a boyfriend and is just out with her girls for a birthday party. Waste of time.

Or....you could open 5 separate sets in 20 minutes and go direct with all of them from the beginning. Maybe 3 or 4 blow you out, but 1 or 2 will probably respond favorably to your direct/sexual opener.

It's a numbers game. I know that Sinn likes going direct because it quickly filters out the girls who aren't DTF. But I will also say that there are a lot of decent, self-respecting girls out there who don't want a guy to just come up and get all sexual with them. They would rather you act more normal and just talk to them and get to know them. So you risk scaring off classier girls by going direct, however, you'll probably get more results by going direct. It's a trade-off in my book.

thanks man. sometimes i got really good responses. there was one time i just open "aww, you guys look very cute" then they were like "come sit down and join us " but more often women would just say thanks politely and then walk away. and i am getting the latter a lot recently haha

Yes, then go direct. So much time gets wasted with guys worrying what the girl might think or on what strategy to use. The girls that are stuck up or that are just out there to waste guys time should be given little to no regard. Filter them out quickly and move on to sets that will give you a chance to game them.
