for the begining you should read some books about it -i reccomend books about natural game- and begin with social interactions...talk to people on buses, grocery store, anywhere and anybody is okay...so you will learn to start a conversation, find many things about what to talk to and build your confidence

Don't call yourself stupid.

I would recommend reading '50 ashes of grey' many females read that book. I see them on the beaches, trains, busses, etc reading that book.
