I was dating this hottie for a while. She turned out to be insane. I dumped her. I was pretty good at picking up women before using the small amount of material I found from the old school Mystery method and improvising with my extensive wit...

Then I got a girlfriend.

Mistake #1: I stopped talking to other females
Mistake #2: I stopped fucking other females

Now, I'm back on the scene. I tried to open a set at the gym today and totally bombed (Displayed some low low value). I completely blanked and had nothing to say. They literally just started ignoring me. I walked away downtrodden and defeated but still held my head high.

I am wondering what I can do to work my way back up to being solid; steps that other guys have tried. I'm sure things have changed in the past two years. I have good inner game and just need to work on brushing up on material. Please help a guy get back in it.

Nice to meet you bro. I figured I would introduce myself to some of the people that just joined too. Seems like you got some experience with this. I need to work on my inner game, I've been trying openers, improving good, but fumbling around the # close, and if not then, the day 2. Also it wouldn't hurt me to go to the gym, lol.
