This is perfect. No magic at all, crazy math, but you look good doing it.

This is for all of us that want to use magic DHV or just as an opener or something to carry on conversation.

Count out 21 cards and let them pick 1 then place it back in the stack...don't look.

You lay the cards out in 3 equal piles...ie...1,2,3,1,2,3...till all cards are out.

You should have 3 equal stacks of 7. REMEMBER, don't just place cards 1-7 and 8-14 in a pile...deal like you are dealing to 3 people. I hope you all get the picture.

tell the target to point to the stack that her card is in.

Place that stack in the middle of the other 2 stacks. You do this 3 times.

The trick is done! It's that easy. No matter which way you go through the deck the card is the 11th one.

You can be absolutely hammered in a bar and not mess this trick up so long as you place the stack that they point to in the middle.

dude i had a chick do this to me a few weeks ago at a party. I was hammered but she taught me it but of course the next day i forgot it, it was actually really impressive. Nice Find, and thanks for explaining it again.
