Lately i've been shifting back into AFC mode. It's frustrating because I came a pretty long way with the game and such. So now I need help to regain my PUA/seksi self. Does anyone have suggestions on getting out of the AFC funk? Much appreciated,

id suggest reviewing your notes on the methods you took notes on, every other day for like a week or 2, then don't think of the game until the very last second you approach (3 sec rule ) that way you don't get nervous and your material will flow like normal because you remember reading it so many times
