Had a fb convo with this girl I used to talk to and asked how her she's been and her response was

"I just moved to a new place. It's nice but I live by myself so it's lonely sometimes haha.."

I was 99% certain she was trolling me but I said id visit and she never responded so she obviously was BSing on that last line and it's hard to believe she's lonely when she's a 9/10.

What should I say the next time a girl tries to troll me or lead me on?

Well what did you reply with?

I would have probably said something like "well then you have two choices. I could keep you company or you could get a cat. One of those options will probably try to spend most the night rubbing up on you, though"

Or you could have made her qualify herself to you by using one of my favourites in this situation "you know, they say only boring people get bored. What you reckon?".

It's too late but if anyone is in the same situation should try this:

"Listen, I'm gonna come to your house when you're all alone on friday night. I'll bring best of the french wine and cook food for you. I'll light candles and when the clock hits 11 at night and the *insert romantic cheesy stuff like moon is big, stars, chilling wind etc etc* then I'm gonna leave you alone so you can have dinner with your cat that I'm gonna gift you. Cats really make good friends. Oh, I still don't know you that well to spend a night with you. Come on."
