I have this amazing idea to start a Success Fraternity. The idea is that we'd live together, hang out as much as possible, and teach each other what we learn in our own lives. There would be three guidelines to live in our Zen House. First, you should have a job where you meet interesting/unique people. Second, you should be over the age of 18. and third, you should have the income to pay for your room in the house. My idea is that we get a group of 30 or 40 success-oriented people and start a fraternity of success. I call it the Zen House as an acronym. Zen means Zealous Evolution of Normality. Which pretty much means. Making things fun, making the party. And instead of being normal. Raising the standard of normal to something much more extaordinary. It would be cool that everyone is an individual and has there own ethnic, spiritual, family background. Wouldn't that be cool! I'd love to hear from you if your interested. I'll chip in 2000 for the first month of rent!

We will start with local sarging and then work on buying and pimping out the house I want the house to be rented and filled by august of 2013
