Get a six-pack (without losing muscles) before 1 July 2013

I am starting the lean gains diet tomorrow.
Made food and training schedules so I am ready to do this.


Finish my bachelor study before 1 May 2013.

I have my last test in a week. Start learning 3/4/5/6 January.
Finish my Thetis before 1 April 2013.


Travel in Asia or/and Australia around September 2013.

My two friends who want to do this with my only want to go 6 weeks.
Imo its much better to go for a few months so I have to check out how this is going.


Reading and DOCU’s

I have a lot of books I want to read.
When I am bored or have nothing to do I am going to read or checking out a documentary.
Now I just check out the internet and do nothing or watch tv series.
I am going to pick at least one documentary each week to get a smart motherfuckaaaa


FC at least 12 girls before the end of 2014.

I have had sex with 8 girls in my life till now.
I want to reach the 20+ before 2014.
I will manage this by reaching all my goals in this list and go out at least 1 time a week.
I will keep busy with the PUA community like I am doing now and try to improve as much as possible.

My own house

Get my own place. This will obviously improve my PUA lifestyle.
This is still work in progress. My friend is arranging this for the two of us.

What to do after my bachelor and traveling?

This is the only vague point. I still do not know what to do.
I may go work and make some moneyyyyy OR I start a new course and get my master degree.

NYE 31-12-2012 ;; KA-ME-HA-ME-HA

So it was NYE! I love NYE. Always did. Make you think where you was and where you are now.
It was a crazy year for me, really. The year the crazy relationship with my ex ended that got me into PUA.

In the beginning of the night I spend some family time, launched some firework and drank some beers.
We were heading to this big crazy party everybody had to dress up. Love it.

I had a GOKU outfit from DBZ. It was pretty awesome. So around 22 AM my home boy picked me up and we went to Amsterdam! We were with a solid group of people, total of 7.

Last night of cigarettes and alcohol. It was great. I got drunk pretty quick. Talked with a lot of people. I will tell you about the interesting things:

So in the beginning I saw a HB blonde8. Argh I am having trouble with remembering already... Let’s see. So I chatted her up. Don’t know what I said. I think just something easy like ‘’hey come here whats up with you’’. But I noticed while talking she had huge eyes. So I asked if she had some pills or something. She told me she did. So I just talked to her a few min and give her a little kiss on the mouth and waved her good bye. Told her I would see her later. Wrote down her Facebook. She waved me good bye and tells me not forget adding her. I saw her later that night making out with my buddies lol. So not going to add her.

Second girl HB8 brunette I talked to was also on pills... I was dancing close with her. Talked for 10 min or something. I guess I could KC for sure. But a bum can KC a girl who is on pills.. I just danced a bit and all of a sudden my home buy were dancing intimate with her. He likes brunettes so I did not care much.

I was pretty drunk at this point. I lost the group and I was in a room where there was karaoke. Karaoke is fucking GOLD. And there were a LOT of chicks in the room.
While walking in a girl waved me over to go karaoke with her. So I did. It was AWESOME. So after two songs I wanted a beer. While ordering a beer a girl HB7 chatted me up asking where to sign for the karaoke. I told her I did not know. I could tell she was really into me. She was petting my back after a 5 min convo. We just had some fluff talk. She told me she was to old for me. I lied about my age.
She was 34 she told me. I told her I was 35. Lol. I don’t know why but I just was not feeling it. When I think back I def should have went for her. It was an easy kill. But whatever I didn’t do anything.

A HB9 waved at me to karaoke with her. Went up to here. I had a very good with her after some mad skills of karaoke ( I really cant sing haha). Oh man she was so hot. Had some cool convo with her. Her friends were around and I did of bit kino to her. To little though when I think back.

And at some point the blonde literally said: you guys talk to each other its OK. So at this point I know I am going to close HB7.5 brunette. I talked with her about fluff things. Told her I like small girls. She was really petite. Love it. So while talking HB7 34 years old came to me and said something. I cant remember what. She ejected pretty fast. So I talked to the HB7.5 brunette some more. Kinod pretty good. Just toucher her body sometimes. Grabbing her neck etc. My friend was shouting if I came along to the other room. I fluff talked some more and then kissed Hb7.5 brunette. Gave her my phone and she added her self. I remember she wasn’t a good kisser lol. Kissed her one more time and told her I am going to the other room with my friends. I also told her we are going for a drink any time soon. She told me she would like that for sure.

So we go to the other room. We danced and drinked some more. My buddy was talking to a HB5.5. She had a nice face but was a bit chubby. M buddy waved me over and asked if I could guess her name. I knew what was up, caus the two of us have something with the name ‘’Anne’’’. He had a few girls named ‘’Anne’’ (including his ex). Miss Poledance from the FR some time back, her name is Anne too. And the girl I just kissed was also named Anne hahaha. So every time a girl is named ‘’Anne’’ we burst out laughing.

So I told her it must be Anne. My friend ejected and I talked with her. Fluff talked and I kissed her. Don’t know why. Saw all the signs so I was like, fuck it. I didn’t ask for her number or anything. I ejected after the kiss.

And that was pretty much it. Had some talks with other girls. One talk around 15 min with a HB8. At some point she went to the toilet and told me I may see her later. I could tell she wasn’t that into me. So when I saw her later I didn’t go talk to her. But I guess I am a lazy motherfucker. I have to see the 100% IOI before I really go for it. If I don’t get IOI fast enough or I don’t notice them I just don’t go for it anymore. On one hand it’s a good thing because I don’t waste time but I really don’t know if I can close a girl who doesn’t give me some clear IOI’s. Maybe deep down they want me but the just don’t show some clear IOI’s?

Great night though. I want to close a HB8+. It’s fucking tough. Talked to some HB8+ but. Argh. Fucking hard man. Need some IOI’s of HB8+’s !!


HB7.5 PetiteBrunette

I texted HB7.5 brunette. Lets call her PetiteBrunette. Also added her on facebook. I noticed she is not very receptive yet. Don’t send messages right back and stuff. We didn’t had a real convo over text yet. I told her good morning today and told her I want to meet her this Friday to get some drinks. She didn’t replied back (yet?) so let’s see how this turns out. I don’t know why but I just think I will FC this girl . Let’s hope the next report is about me FC her muhahaha.

So a little update.

The ‘’Give away your number THEORY’’ ,by VincentVega.

I was laying in bed yesterday and thinking about my last few flakes and how to avoid this.
I add the girl her number and text her the next day. Not being needy or anything.
And you all have experienced it before: the girl flakes.
So I am thinking what can I do about this?

I am thinking about a new theory. Why don’t give YOUR number to the girl and say she should give you a text.

The PRO is of course, if she texts you (the next day) you know 99% she is def interested.

The CON is that this doesn’t fit a dominant frame. But if you are dominant in everything this doesn’t matter much.

You can tell her in a dominant way at some point in the conversation: ‘’Hey, why don’t you take my number and shoot me a text some day so we can grab a drink next week BLABLABLA’’.

I am going to test this in the field next time for sure.

I have seen a lot of journals where people talk about they don’t feel happy and trying to improve their inner game etc. The thing with this ‘’problem’’ is: society.

Having success became normal in our society. Having success will make you happy they say. If you don’t drive a BMW with a blonde chick next to you, you are already seen as a ’’loser’’.

Back in history you didn’t see the BMW commercial with the dudes talking about a loser who doesn’t drive a beamer. ‘’How the fuck can you not own a beamer?’’.

You see success everywhere. On TV, internet, social media etc.
If you don’t get a lot ‘’likes’’ on your post @ Facebook you feel sad.

Think about all this stuff. It is completely mad. Having ‘’success’’ have become the standard bar (blonde chick + the beamer + big house blablabla).
So what can we do about that?

It is pretty easy really. If it means having success makes you happy you just have to define the word ‘’success’’.

Yesterday I talked to a guy who have ‘’success’’. He feels depressed and awful. He drives a nice car, have a beautiful wife and kids but his friends have houses in Spain, Ferrari’s etc.
And this guys feels fucking awful. In his society he is a ‘’loser’’.

Mention Bill Gates feeling depressed. ‘’I am the second richest guy in the world. Fuck this. I want to be the richest. Argh I feel bad about this shit fucker who is the richest. I am number 2. Fuck my life.’’

Fuck the beamer, if I will have a bicycle I will be fine. It happen I earn enough money to afford an Opel? FUCKING AWESOME.
You have to put everything into perspective.

Facts about the ‘’society’’ / world we live in:

- 85% of the world’s human population makes less than $200 a month.
- 884 million people don’t have access to clean water.
- 2.5 billion lack proper sanitation facilities.
- There are a billion people in the world today who do not get enough food to be healthy. That’s 1 in 7 people on earth.
- 70% of the world doesn’t have internet connection. You reading this, are a person in the lucky 30%.

I bet a lot of people are talking about the ‘’ kings’’ in Europe, US etc. They are dreaming of having a real house. Clean water. They would literally kill for it.

This are just a few examples. I think a lot of us guys on this forum are so really lucky with everything you have and do.

So don’t act like the Bill Gates in my example ( just an example, I bet he feels fucking awesome haha) who feels bad because society says you should be the successful number 1, not 2.

And I am not saying you should not GO for a beamer. But just lower your bar for ‘’happiness’’, be happy with the little things in life, so you can be happy, even if you don’t drive that beamer.

long time no see!

Happened a lot in and specially in my mind lately. Since my ‘’new’’ start with new goals I have been reading a lot.
Watched a few documentaries and I stumbled on a Dutch book. A self help book. It is a bit in the middle category of the US self help books (The Secret) and the more Buddhism books (A New Earth). It is applied on the society of today. I was in a good mind set already but after reading this book everything clicked somehow. The result is that I am feeling AWESOME every point of the day. I can’t describe it. The thing I do know is that exploring this kind of books en steering the way you think can be very helpful. For me it is/was. I have made my own website . I opened a Twitter account to expand my network. Awesome start of the year really.

The ‘’place of my own’’ is going at the right track. I think it is possible I have my own place with my mate in a month for sure. GREAT!

I went out in Amsterdam last Saturday so here we GO:

12-01 - Toilets with High Scores

One of my mates lives in Amsterdam. We catch up once a month and drink a beer or two and go out. This happened last weekend. I stayed over at his place. Funny thing is that I slept at his place two times before and two times I dragged a girl with me and FC.

My mate was also like: you chicks is HOT. I really live in another universe I guess, she is OK but not HOT. Hmmm. So I go to the toilet come back and I see a dude hitting on ‘’my girl’’. She dismiss him and I walk over to the group. She have a drink already. I don’t care. I walk to the bar and buy myself a drink and go back. We dance intimate. I grab her neck, kiss her etc. I have a good feeling this is going to be a FC. I tell her she have to come with me to our place so we can play a drinking game. She tells me she is down with that.

I see my mate talking to a girl and I tell HB7 that he is going to kiss her. I want to bet with her for 10 euros. She say OK. I go over and try to help him. I talk to the other girl. We talk a bit and I see a dude is hitting on my girl AGAIN OMFG lol. I just talk to the girl to help my friend and at some point I go back to HB7. A dude was talking to her still and I kind of interrupted them and gave her 10 euros. The dude dismissed himself and petted me on the shoulder (lol?).

The light went on in the club meaning it was the end and it was time to go home. All the girls wanted to go with us to our place. My mate is trying to hit on one girl of our group but its not working really well. We take a cab and HB7 want to give me the 10 euros back that she won from me. I say she won so I don’t want it back. At the end of the cab ride I am paying the cab driver and HB7 insists I take my 10 euros back. I take it back. I love girls who are submissive hehe. And I noticed HB7 is very submissive in all sort of ways so I like that!

We go to my friends place and play a drinking game. At some point they want to leave. HB7 put on her coat. I say: what are you doing? You can stay here. She is doubting. So that was it! To bad I could not FC HB7 but it was pretty hard with the sister and the friend. Was a good night though. Had much fun. I am seeing HB7 this Friday to grab a drink and stuff. We will see how this turns out.

UPDATE: I HAVE GOT A HOUSE

I don’t have much time lately. Busy with school/work and my HOUSE!
I am going to move all my stuff tomorrow!

26-01 – Grinding the STAKES/Girls

First weekend in my new house. Moved all my stuff and everything is done!
We moved our stuff this Saturday and went to Amsterdam after.

We drank a few beers at our place (my mate and I live in this house now).
We went to Amsterdam with the three of us in total.

We get into the club.I decided to grab some alcoholic drinks to celebrate our new house.

I saw a HB8 Philippine girl I know. I went on a date with her once. I kissed her but she never contacted me again. Its really strange. Sometimes she texts me out of nowhere. 30-1 – Date with Miley Cyrus

I had some short text converstation with HB8 Miley Cyrus. I asked her which date she could go for a drink. She wanted to go on Wednesday so I met her yesterday.

I picked her up. She is an au-pair, works for some rich family. We went to the city center and grabbed a drink. I talked with her about some light stuff and kept the interaction funny and light. 9-2 Dual date and FC Miley!

Great weekend! It was pretty crazy, I really played like I got nothing to lose and it worked out GREAT.

We went to Amsterdam around 11 pm and I called HB Miley. They were in a club so I told them we would come to them.

We arrived at the club and grabbed a drink. Small talked a bit with the two girls.
We wanted to get the girls home with us (of course). So we told them to go to a pool center and go for a game of pool. The ‘’secret plan’’ was to go there for a few hours and then go to our place. I had a few talks with some girls Friday and Saturday. Its all flowing pretty natural. I don’t have the needy drive to KC/FC same night but if I have a chance I am sure I can handle it all well. Maybe I have to GO for it a bit harder if I go in, but all and all its going quite well. Maybe a girl HB7 is coming over tomorrow to check out a movie. I know this girl from high school and had a few dates with her like a year ago.. so I will just go for the FC tomorrow IF she come over.

Since I live in my own house with a good friend the PUA ‘’life’’ is improving a lot. If you still live at your parents try to get your own place! It really helps.

The plan is I will go travel and after the traveling I will work instead of doing the master. And in time I want to start my own business. Just have to find out what I want to do exactly. The only thing I know is that I want to be an entrepreneur.

Little Update

Girl that supposed to come yesterday messaged me (really late) ''we should move our ''date'' to next week''. Tonight I am going to see HB Miley to chill at my place. This Friday and Saturday I am going out with my friends. Good times for sure!
