When I started all this PUA stuff, I started, like most others with The Mystery Method (and the Pick Up Artist) and I've been shying away from it recently because I don't like having to memorize all those routines and opening at weird angles and stuff like that. So I wanted to look at other "methods" and I read other books. The more I read, the more I had to read. But now my brain feels jumbled because of all the (how it seems to me) opposing methods. So I'm wondering, which "method" should I follow? Or should I kind of take the things I like and make my own "method".

P.S. The books I read are The Mystery Method, Art of Seduction, Sixty Years of Challenge and Double Your Dating.

I realise that this could be too vague of a question, so I'm going to rephrase it. Should I play kind of hard to get (as far as I know that isn't indirect game per se), should I kind of be the romantic, or should I kind of do the good ol' cocky n funny? I would really appreciate an answer.

Cocky Funny all the way!! Look on here and you will find some awesome threads on C/F. Also don't over think it. Open, DHV, Qualify. The rest you should be able to handle yourself. Also the MM is meant to be a guideline. Don't follow it to a T. Here is a list of things to consider when you go out. Credit Style360.

Do not be pua/gimmicky/calculated
Do not worry about her reactions let it flow(do not be too calculated, trying to impress or say the right thing)
Do not worry about losing her
Be Original, interesting different
Sense of humor super important
Lead(none of that shit: so what are you doing tomorrow)
Do not be overly cocky
Do not be outcome dependent(i hate saying this shit, cause is kind of a contradiction)
Be sexually aggressive, unapologetic
do not be accommodating...
punish her if she play games(by your no responding and freeze outs)

If you can narrow down your questions on the MM I can help some more but without it I could just talk forever.

Bottomline, you need to field test your routines and your pick up style. Some styles are conducive to particular personalities and looks, while others are not. You need to test out what works and doesn't work for you.

Ok, that sounds good. I feel much more comfortable with cocky n funny, than with any other style.
