By referring to bitches, I do not only mean girls, but guys also. From what I know, being a PUA, one needs to associate with not only girls but guys also. How do you guys deal with controlling, oppressive, and bitchy males/females?

The problem that I am facing is at my work place. There is a male co-worker that is very oppressive and bitchy (i.e. he uses fear to show authority). There is also a female with the same personality. The funny thing is the two are dating.

Anyways, I have to work with them every day and they're getting on my nerve, showing me no respect and acting like they're above everyone else. How do I deal with this?

Go to management, ignore them, or put them in their places. Not really too difficult. You're a full grown man, you deserve respect so stand up for yourself. Nobody can make you feel like less of a person unless you allow it.

As shameless listed, those are your basic options. The question is, if you "put them in their place", how would management handle YOU. If that's something to consider, then you should leave that option off the table. Have you talked to your boss(es) before about them?
