Well as you understand from the title my self confidence equals to 0,nada,simply nothing at all and if i want to feel comfortable with girls and everywhere in general i must find a way to build it up.

I embarrased myself putting ketchup on my hair and i look back on it and laugh how awesome I was for doing that.

and most pickup lines i have are just really really wierd or interesting, no attraction in it whatsoever but they fall for it just cuz its interesting. like
" I LOVE YOU GIRLS SO MUCH I JUST WANNA SHOVE YOU ALL UP MY BUTT"
they laugh and talk about how they wudnt be comfortable doing that and we talk on from there, its interest and wierdness that gets them talking

We need to first distingquish between confidence and will. Confidence is a good feeling about being around a woman. Will is wanting to be around a woman no matter how bad it is feels. Okay

Confidence is a step by step process. You encourage yourself with affirmations, dressing up(this makes you feel good) or surrounding yourself with encouraging people. Then you face your fear and succeed. The success cements your confidence. I would start with opening. Then progressin to a story. Then two stories. Then closing. Step by step okay.

Will is something different. Its doing it even though it feels awful to do. You cement your will with habit. So that means. Approaching women and it feels intimidating and you keep doing it and you get in the habit of doing it all though its intimidating.

Getting out of your comfort zone will feel terrible, but you have to have the desire to face that feeling if you want to improve.
