Hey Gents.

I first learned about PUA a long time ago at Uni. I never put it into progress and got into a long term relationship instead.

This has now ended and she turned into a real abusive bitch. I'm at a low point in my confidence and Want to learn and master PUA tricks.

I'm 28 (older then avg) from London England, an Indian guy.

Please give me all your support and encouragement in this transitional process.

*PS* i only have like 1 real friend and my life is very dull and boring so i would like PUA skills to be usable in general social context to make guy friends also as well as improve my work.

Any introductory advice is very welcomed.

Hello Arun. Sorry to hear about your last relationship.

As far as making friends in general, a good place to start is with your hobbies and interests. Then join a social activity group or club related to your hobbies. That way you can make friends and also have fun doing the things you would normally enjoy anyway.

Do a google search using keywords like "social activity group", "social activity club", "meetup group", etc. I hope you get the idea. Also use keywords related to your local area so you can find a group near you. There are many such groups out there that you could join. An example of such a group is Meetup.com. If you meet a girl you like in one of these groups, then all the better.

As far as approaching women, just go up to them and say hello. Some women you approach may not be interested in you, but don't worry about it. Just keep approaching women and you will find someone you like who is also keen on you. If you see a girl you like, ask her for her phone number and call her and meet up with her for coffee. Just keep practising approaching women you like.
