This is a method that i have used to demolish almost all fear of rejection.

- i went to the club and would go up to girls with weak game openers with the intention of getting rejected.. sounds stupid? no!

i got rejected almost 15 times that night and 15 the next night.. on the second night i came home, looked at myself in the mirror, i had both my arms and legs, no scratches no bruises... and i realized.. getting rejected does absolutely nothing to me.. i really don't give a shit!

so now when i go out and pick up women, i think of it like this.. i can get rejected 100 times tonight but if i manage to get laid by one girl.. I WIN!

Getting rejected means absolutely shit all.. its just a excuse for me to review my game and make it better.
So if your afraid of rejection, go out there and get rejected purposely till your numb to it, that way when your walking down the street and you see that beautiful girl, you won't hesitate to go over and strike up a conversation instead of going home and jerking off to the thought of what could have been. And if you get rejected.. you don't give a flying fuck... on to the next one people.

yea but that's what causes the fear, which in turn causes guys to second guess the approach and sometimes not approach at all, fear of rejection can be one of the biggest cockblockers in this game, once you realize that rejection doesn't phase you, then you can comfortably walk up to a beautiful girl and talk to her without being nervous.

yeah my method is exactly the same. before goin to club I chill out at big pub and go for rejection... and bitter ends. then when I go to club my game is smooth.

someday you're gonna get rejection. how good can you deal with it ?
now for me rejection has no effect.
(most of guys whos good with woman will lose state when got 1 rejection... not me)

furthermore, the fact that your talking about how much you dislike rejection proves my point. Nobody wants to be rejected but building the attitude of not caring if it happens will eliminate approach anxiety.

realistically no guy is going to have success with every single girl they approach, if you don't like getting rejected, then what happens if the first girl you talk to for the night rejects you?
- then it can potentially throw off your game for the rest of night... but if you establish the attitude of it having no affect on you then your good. Move on keep calm and your game will remain smooth.

When I do get rejected. My attitude usually is I did my best and whats gonna be gonna be. So fuck it!

But, there is usually a little bit of a downer.

girls at club who rejected me earlier sometimes got interest in me later. because after they reject me I dont lose my state and go approach other girls. that builts massive DHV I guess even if I got rejected by them too, its because I know I'm cool dude and I dont take things seriously. but I got line where I dont reapproach rude girls. they dont deserve me.
