How to deal with a negative energy from a woman.
In the past when dealing with a negative comment from women I become a AFC. For example when a girl tells me “you look lame” ‘I’ll just go all insecure and my respond would of been like “No I don’t” or i'll start to defending my self, I look like AFC at that point. But now i’v learnt to defuse that negative energy by not resisting it but by accepting it and then using it against them.
Example:
Her: you look soo lame
Me: Good! That’s exactly the look I was going for! But i have to really try hard to look lame but for you comes natural. (With little grin on my face)

Her: ‘you know lot people hate you’ or ‘that person doesn’t like you
Me: i couldn't be good to everybody i meet (just take that negative energy and bounce it back because that negative energy doesn't belong to you)

Her: this isn’t gonna get you laid you know
PUA: good! I wasn’t attracted to you anyway
Her she goes all insure)
PUA: am glad we got that out of the way, Now i don’t have to worry about you coming on to me! lool

What I learned is that you have to allowing negative energies to pass through you, not into you. This is a type of shit test from a women.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Any other example of dealing using this type of method will appreciated not only with woman but also with people in general.

A few comments on this. First, the way you are handling these are just fine. It's good to let those pass right through you and not act like they are bothering you. But, instead of sweeping the dust under the rug, it's probably better you get to the root of the problem. Yes, shit tests are inevitable, but it IS possible to lower the negative energy you get from a girl. A lof of the time she may feel YOUR negative energy. In that sense are you congruent with your actions? Meaning, does it seem like you are acting like someone you're not? Women can smell this a mile away and therefore will give you shit tests. Plus, if these are real examples, a woman should never be saying "you know a lot of people hate you". You're a PUA! Everyone should love you, because you make everyone feel comfortable around you.

Point being, always make sure to be an awesome, cool, laid back and interesting guy to minimize receiving shit tests from a girl.

Usually if you are aggressive and keep the pressure on the girl she'll be on the defensive too much to talk shit about you. Lead the frame. You can't do this if you're afraid of making a mistake or all intimidated by the girl. You'll freeze up and she'll eat you up with negative comments.

I don't think quickly off the cuff. I don't imagine most guys would think of witty responses off the cuff like that either. That's really all a matter of luck often times. What has worked for me is this:

1.) Being aggressive in the conversation. Putting the spotlight in her face. When you try to impress her or talk too much this is inviting an attack because it puts the attention on you. Unless you can totally prevent interjection.
2.) Have your mind made up not submit to disrespect. I think the natural feeling for guys with HBs is to want to appease them, but this hurts your value.
3.) Slow down the conversation. Analyze whats been said. Scrutinize it. I would hoover on a comment or even go back to a comment in conversation.
