i am 30 years old. from when i was 23 till 26 years old I was on fire when it came to meeting ladies. then i met a girl who i thought was it.i tried to forget her but then every girl in my mind was her. I dont care about her anymore since i realize that i became this needy desperate guy that i never wanted to become. I have a good sense of humor and in general people like me. I want to get better at meeting women in social situation instead of feeling imprisoned at a bar or a club. The i gained alot of wait when i was 28-30. about 65 lb's. I started to work out again and relized that part of my self confidence isssues are because i became fat and somewhat repulsive to women. i have lost 20 pounds in the past 4 weeks and as i lose more of the weight I want to start havinf fun socialy again. I want to feel good on all cylanders. i am a short guy who is 5'4 but my attitude is not short so i think that i am ready to go and with everyone's help here I can become a PUA and be happy in my social life again
