Okay so I work at the front office of the gym and I constantly have girls come in at the front for different reasons (not to see me, but membership help). I am in great shape, and my game is ok, I guess. Could be much better. I always fall into the same conversation which is about their goals and stuff and I try to keep it professional and funny. My problem is that if i flirt, I lose the sale.

When a girl comes into the gym for the fist time luckily where I work at I have to do this profile where I find out everything about them. Lifestyle, fitness goals, blah blah blah. I get them very excited during the sale, there is a lot of energy flowing and stuff, and everything seems fine. However when I see them at the gym the very next day its usually hi, bye. how are you. and than the conversation just dies. It takes me a long time to get the balls to ask them out, because I don't know what to say or do it. If i just walk up to them and ask them out or phone number, it will look like I ask all the girls for their numbers.... (which I don't by the way, because I need to grow a pair of big balls)

how should I play this out? How do I approach this?
