A couple of weeks ago, I decided to make some big and small changes in my life.

Here are the things I changed.

- August the 26th was the last day I watched porn and I feel great.

- I'm not on Facebook anymore. I erased my account at the beginning of September.

- I got ride of my cellphone too.

- I disconnected my tv so now I don't watch tv anymore. I just use my tv to watch DVD.

- I removed all my online dating profiles. I want to take a break from women. In a few months, I will start dating again but for the next 3-4 months I need a break.

- I removed all the girl friends from my head, erased their contact information ... I don't believe in friendship between men and women anymore.

- I started seeing my male friends more often. We go to the restaurant, cinema, we play poker ...

Do you have any other suggestions of things I should change or get ride of?

I sense some underlying issue here which you aren't telling us about. I don't believe that a guy ever needs a break from women. I think you have had something bad happen and you are now afraid/unwilling/unable to deal with women in a healthy way.

You should either be banging a bunch of women just for fun, or you should be trying to find a gf/wife. The only reason not to focus on women would be if you had some specific career goal you were working on and you simply didn't have the time. But I sense that this isn't the case.
