Got a sticking point which is doing my nut in at the moment. Basically I have a fairly lively social life at the weekend and so can't often commit to meeting girls then, but my week nights are often free. However I find it really tough to convince them to come over during the working week (when i have a free weekend its not a problem). It's usually along the lines of them having to work the next day so not wanting to get home late etc etc or putting out their morning routine.

This happens with girls I have f closed and not f closed (because I can't get them back to my bloody flat). Any suggestions on how to convince them to come over and preferably stay over?

Best Tactic i have used is baby steps. work on one point at a time.
You need to start earlier than you would on a weekend as well

1st get them out of the bar/pub..."have a smoke with me" or "i need some air"

2nd get them moving "lets hit up bla bla bla (other club/ after party)

3rd let them think you are the one that needs to be in bed by bedtime and that you aren't asking them back for sex...look at your watch and say something non threatening like "I think we have time for a movie back at my place, but you cant stay too late i do have a bedtime you know" (this should be said with a fun smile)

4th let them take their car if they have one, or get a cab there (if you F-close make sure your a gentleman and give her some cab fare, if she bails then shes on her own :p) Having a way out helps them feel more secure.
