I met this girl at a party this weekend, we made out, went back to her flat and messed around in her bed. I left the next morning, but we didn't have sex (I tried but got huge resistance, she said she wants to know me better first).

She suggested we meet in a bar on tuesday, it's a place where I also usually go, however she will be with friends for sure. How should I play it from there ? Go there on my own ? With a friend ? Decline and ask her out 1-to-1 for later in the week ?

It might be pushing it too hard to ask her to do a 1-to-1 at this point, since she suggested meeting out. She might be with friends, which is fine. Most importantly she asked you out so she's interested. Ask her casually if she's bringing friends, it's important to find out. Because, if she is, so should you. A great way to do this, for this kind of situation, is do it so it's hidden. Playfully grab her ass when nobody is looking. Pull her away at times to make out, then bring her back to her friends. She's already interested in you so she should love this. Also, at random times in group conversation hold eye contact with her until she notices and then smile. Girls LOVE this!
