There are varied opinions on that. some say it DLVs. I disagree. Although call on occasion does give some DHV.
It is easy to turn a conversation sexual through text QUICKLY!
It gives both parties time to think about the reply.
It's very emotionally non committal.
There is a record of times, places, phone numbers, and address for meet ups and such.
Used sparingly and properly, it's a grand tool!
