Haha, so I kind of stole the 'subject title', but I had some questions about NLP. Was hoping someone could help.

I am getting results because of 'outer game' studying in the game and pick up, that don't match w/ where I'm at inner game wise. Ex: Getting HB8s for day 2s, but being too inconsistent with my depression, anxiety, and just general weak inner game. I get the dates, they may go well, but I can never have these women in my life. Because eventually they catch on to how 'screwed up' inside I am.

I want to learn NLP to help with my inner game, depression, bipolar, energy, and just general belief system. I've tried medications to no avail, so I found the game and tried to work on myself. And although I have gotten some results on nights where I am in 'state'. I need help deep down inside.

WHERE do I go to learn NLP to work on myself? Not for seduction, like most posts seem to be about. Please help, suicide is a common thought in my head. I don't even know how I have had dates lately...it just doesn't match.

TLDR:

NLP for inner game? Any advice? Any inner game programs for depression, bipolar, or fatigue?

I advise you to seek medical attention immediately. Even if NLP really works, learning how to manipulate people will not help you to feel better or happier, but rather the opposite.

He actually is asking for material to improve his inner game, and he thinks NLP is the answer.

You should read the way of the superior man, or the peaceful warrior.

Im not saying you are very screwed up, but suicidal thoughts are not ok. You can use this stage to your advantage since you are thinking really negative, after reading those books see the power you have as a human being and what a waste would be not to live your life fully.

Thats what its all about, living fully in the moment. You will end up practicing meditation, and doesnt matter if you do it for 10 minutes, just do it. Once you are on that path life starts feeling different, good.

I'll recommend a couple things

1. everyone needs a therapist..its good for us. Helps us rationalize our thoughts..nothing wrong with you and nothing wrong with seeing a therapist, pychologist etc
2. are you religous? sitting down and talking to your redeemer always help me!
3. Read "the secret"
4. You fail more times in life then you will win. failure isn't falling it's deciding to give up. don't lose... try again and you will win! I'm sure there are alot people around that want to help!

You dont' need to learn NLP for this but you can use some NLP techniques to help.

1) Read Unstoppable Confidence by Kent Sayre. This will help with confidenc and current state issues.
2) See a therapist or hypnotherapist and spend some time digging into the root cause of your issues.

If that doesn't work, perhaps an offline chat with someone just to get some ideas.
