Today I did some totally whacky shit - I left work to go into some local university here in the city, since the new classes are starting people dont know another yet. I went to a class and sat down, then talked with this girl next to me. Made up some story that I´m following an accountancy course. At the end I asked where her room is here in the city. Turned out it was right next to my place of work. She offered to go back together. I said "sure that would be cosy." She waited for me while I was fishing out some information for an internship in Asia. She was still there and we went back to her place by bus and I asked for her facebook and got it.

Again A LOT HAS CHANGED!!!

I have changed my lifestyle almost completely. Basically i go to university now early in the morning and spend an hour at the gym, then around 9-5 i go to my lecture and concentrate on studying philosophy. I have changed my diet, i do not eat junk food anymore instead i spend the money on fruits and meals to actually cook at home. When i get home instead of just going on youtube or playing xbox i actually read books like pua books or any other kind of books.

Besides from those changes i try to go out often at nights.. i try to clock around three nights a week with the puas. Some of them know the clubs well and know exactly how to chat up girls.. they have impressive game and i am definitely inspired and motivated when i see them. I managed to chat to a few girls Friday night although nothing too serious, i was friend zoned a lot but this was understandable considering that i am just starting and that i lacked any sexuality. I also went to the manchester saturday sarge although i didnt sarge since i took the opportunity to talk to Harley Quin a female PUA coach who had come down there to teach a few basics.

I am planning to do some approaches with a pua friend of mine on Tuesday around campus, just to desensitize ourselves from approach anxiety. I think what i have internalised now is that it is easy to approach and that it is nothing like what you think in your head before you start doing them, furthermore you may think that you find it hard to continue conversations because you run out of things to say but in reality it takes only a few tries and you will get the grip of how to continue conversations.

I really love where i am right now, i cant wish for a better place! i know now for a fact that by summer this year i will be a beast at pua and that i will at least be able to approach like a pro.

OK first thing i am happyyy my body has been building some good muscle recently, going to the gym and eating healthy really does pay off!!!

Now PUA! So last Thursday i went out with the puas to OCEANA in leeds and it was astounding. We met up at the house of guy, known here as the gift, and i got to mingle with the other puas.. some really cool people. I talked to them about pua and actually learned a lot even before going out. As we started walking to the club i had this dreaded feeling that i would just stall and not approach at all and therefore be disappointed in myself later on, however this was not the case at all. We got and first thing i noticed was that there was this greek girl i had met in my officers training corps who looks really sexy. i played with the idea of approaching here but there was three guys, literally, around her trying to chat her up. Then i realised that this was why there were wingmen, so i told the gift to wingman me, and wingman me he did. While i approached the girl and managed to get her attention by talking to her loud, he managed to get the attention of all three guys and lead them away (i later asked him how he did this), to me at least it was amazing. In the end obviously i didnt get with the girl and we only chatted for five minutes since i am not good enough yet, but i was happy with the results. Later i managed to get some good rejections which is exactly what i need to desensitise me.

Again generally i am happy with the progress i notice my confidence is going up and find that girls are generally more attracted to me now. With time things are only gonna get better

And MR Marville she didnt really say anything practical but rather gave general advice like be be honest with a girl let her know of your intentions early on.. it was advice to be taken with a pinch of salt i guess.

Can you come and help me deliver my suitcase to my room? )" She actually took a two hour break to come and do this and naturally she followed me to my room since this was just an excuse to do it during work hours.

I want to work on my day game more, but honestly I am not good at all but I am trying. I am first year student but I managed to find sone other puas who I work with to improve game but so far it seems that my game is improving with the time and hopefully I 'll be very good soon

Just a few updates:

A new guy has come over from london and is interested in doing pua, i say new in the meaning that he has just come to leeds by he has been in the game since 2007 and is good at game (i ve seen him in action my self). Me and him are planning on going out sarging every weekday for an hour or so that should improve my game dramatically. Further more i am dropping the non direct approach since it sucks, especially for begginers since you need skill to escalate and you need to develop balls so the best thing is to do direct day game, i make it sound easy but i have actually failed to do direct several times now with other puas who do it like machines. i feel vulnerable which is ridiculous and stupid. I need to grow some balls and do some direct approach SOON!! A pua called tim said he will meet me up in a couple of days and show me how to do some direct game, hopefully i ll get something going then.

Looks like you are building quite a network. Remember that my initial suggestion for a lecture still stands. Don't forget it!

I would be pleased with the lecture at anytime. See if you can come down on a saturday and we can talk about it and do some practice as well, hell you can even stay at my place. We and Waj quite a determined PUA, are going to Manchester tomorrow to do some direct approaches if the weather allows. I'll give him a great deal of money in the morning and he can honestly keep it if I fail, obviously I seriously need that money so there is no way in hell I am gonna fail B-)

Finally did my direct approaches. Basically I met waj up just me and him in Leeds and I immediately gave him £65 and told him he can honestly keep it if I failed to do three direct approaches (keep in mind that I have been struggling to do direct approaches for two weeks now). After some searching waj points at a target,a cute possibly Korean or Japanese girl,, and tells me to approach. I force myself to do so "excuse me hi, do you know where the german market is?" Her "yeah its blah blah" me "I am just kidding I know where it is, i just thought you looked really nice and wanted to talk to you" she says thanks but doesn't know whether to walk away or not, seeing her hesitation I back up and it ends with that. This gets me over the moon I finally realise you can be direct without the world ending lol I feel euphoria for the next ten minutes literally endorphins running through my body. 30 minutes later a girl is walking fast away waj says go stop her. I go up to her side " excuse me" she obviously notices me but ignores me entirely, this doesn't give Me the euphoria but I don't feel bad and see it as a reference. Finally I approach a girl with shopping bags 'excuse me, hi I just saw you and though you looked really nice and though if I don't approach her I would have missed a big opportunity' I mummble here as she keeps walking away and I walk along side her but she is smiling and thanking me. I manage to get get name and get a handshake while she is still moving, but quickly say that she looks busy so I'll leave her be, she smiles again and says 'that was really nice thank you' I made her day

This might seem like simple stuff but for me its a big step and makes me realise that I will definitely will not quit and will keep improving!.! I am over the fucking moon right now.

Awesome, but things like this usually doesn't lead anywhere. At least you overcame approach anxiety.

Man the thing is that I don't live in Britain. I don't know how to solve this. I want to give lectures about PUA. It will be awesome. Thanks a lot for the invitation. We should think about setting this up and giving more substance to this idea. Feel free to send me a private message whenever you feel like it. Shit Long time!!!

Things have been changing at a slow steady pace. I have started doing meditations every-night for 20 mins and it is helping me become more present, my muscles have been building and people are actually noticing it and telling me that i look bigger. I have a huge network of pua friends and my studies have become exceptional, my tutor said that i was the most intelligent in the class! I have done more day game and more direct approaches. I have finally passed the stage of thinking that i will never be able to approach and now for certain that i can approach. I have become a thousand percent more confident and feel really good with life in general. I can talk to people about my life without needing to hide aspects of it just to 'look good'. I really dont give a shit about what anyone thinks and i am with deep satisfaction looking forward to the future months! I still fuck up every now and then but it is become more rare. I eat a lot more healthy foods and have almost completely given up on junk food and sweets. Pua and development have become part of my life and personality and i notice that people around me are starting to come closer to be as if wanting to become my friend. They ask more question and are interested. Girls in my classes laugh at my jokes and reference me A LOT 'as Roman said.
