I practice natural game. And I don't like to talk much even though I can be a good conversationalist. To compensate, I want to use kino better.

Let's say using kino when I'm playing thumb wars with a girl. How do I do that? to I like touch the palm of her hand or something? Not sure what to do.

Next " I learned how to read palms today let me see your hand" these lines means you gona meet a really ______ guy today he's extremely handsome his name will be _______ (fill in the blanks with your description). You get the point. I just came up with this on the spot. When you gonna start to develop confidence this will come naturally.

just touch them in man to woman way. dont freaking play some little game.
first they will PULL. show them no emotion its just way it is. then touch them again
in MAN TO WOMAN way! they will pull... who cares ? you just touch them because you enjoy it.

There's a lot of hand-related kino techniques. Thumb wars is probably last on the list. You can shake her hand, but grab her hand with both of your hands, shake it, then keep holding it as you talk to her. There's the trust test. Put both palms up and have her put her hands on yours palms down. Then move them down and see if she follows them or just leaves them in place. Do palm reading. Hold her hand with both hands and run your finger along the lines of her hands. Pretend to be interpreting things. Tell her that this line means she's a trustworthy person, then say "Uh oh, this is not so good. See this line here? It's the retard line. It means your a retarded." Then laugh.

You can also tell her she has really cold hands or hot hands. Dry hands or sweaty hands. That can be used as a neg or just an excuse to squeeze her hands and kino her. If she has nice nails grab her hands and hold one up to your face. Tell her she has beautiful nails and pretty hands. The only thing I could think to do with thumb wars would be to tell her that you are the undisputed intercontinental champion of thumb wars. Then play it with her and really pretend to be into winning. Drag it out for a little bit, build up the tension and be playful, then let her win but make it seem like you were actually trying your hardest. She'll be a typical gullible girl and be like "WOHOO! I rule, you suck, who's the champ now?!" Then you play it up like you are in shock that you actually got beat, maybe even a little embarassed. Let her bask in her glory and use that to build rapport and create sexual tension.
