I've noticed this girl two years ago (I'm on university), but I had better objects and I didn't want o do 'a fail' a year or more before the my university ends.
By the two years I didn't talk this girl, even with her friends. I didn't have subjects with her, only lectures for big groups.
So this is a short introduce.

A week ago I talked her about 10 minutes - she looks shy so I talked more and about general things related with university.
The following day I asked her for some notes.
Four days ago I met her in the way to metro. We talked about 2-3 minutes each other and I said I waited for next train.
She looked a bit disapointed (something like "where I should go now?").
That's everthing so far.


I can see her on one subject only right now and a one day when she goes to the university.

My issue is... is it a good moment to ask her for a date "meeting" by coffee, by the next chance? (after few minutes talk). I have an idea to ask her for 'collaborative learning' for following exam instead of that.
She's shy and talks little even to friends and other people I saw.
What should I do now?

These kinds of girls mean nothing but trouble. Stay away from her.

She will distance herself from you more the more you try to approach. She will be introvert and contradict herself when you try to find out what lives inside her. She will not be confident about her own sexuality and thus won´t be able to enjoy it. These girls come with incoherent inner lives and thus their moods are completely wobbly and shaky. This means that your happiness will be wobbly and shaky the moment your feelings go out to her for only a single bit. These are the kinds of relations where you must expect one day she tells you she has feelings for you, not to hear from her anymore for three weeks. When you feel the need to receive her affection, she will tell you not to expect too much from her.

If she ever does anything with you, it will only be because she wants to pretend what it feels like to feel in love. Because she wants to pretend what she should feel, and yet doesn´t.

So you insist that just because she is shy, that she is possibly also insecure about herself, her wants and desires. That she will have mood swings, because she doesn't know what she wants and is too scared of what goes on.
