I am a 25yr old, ok-looking guy from Belgium and was an AFC for the most part of my life.

First kissed a girl when i was in my first year of university, but got no further.

Two years later I got together with a not so pretty girl which turned out to be a total bitch and nutjob, but being an AFC I told myself it was true love ('cause she de-virgined me) and stayed with her for one full year.

Since then I fingerbanged my second girlfriend, but again it was over before anything more happened.
Third girlfriend was a five week thing, with some cautious sex, but I ended it 'cause I knew I was only with her for sex.

All the above were not very pretty. Then I stumbled upon The Game by Neil Strauss and it opened my eyes. Only halfway through the book (april 2012) I did my first cold approach on this beautiful girl, who turned out to be a lawyer. She had a boyfriend at the time, but I number-closed her anyway. She dumped her guy two months later, hung out with me and on the second date I kissed her.

She was amazing, especially in bed, and the still large AFC part of me kept saying "you can never hold on to this girl". As expected, she got bored with me and dumped me after two months because I went back to being an AFC during the relationship, 'cause I ate out of the palm of her hand.

The breakup (september 2012) was not so hard, 'cause I knew about PUA's now, and since then I'm trying to get better. Only did 1 on 1 approaches so far, but got some number closes and one lucky kiss close under my belt.

My sticking point is perhaps an unusual one: negging. All those years I believed in being mister nice guy so I have problems negging women out of fear of rejection.

I realize the necessity of the negs, but I find it difficult to think of good ones that don’t insult (too much) and don’t feel out of context.

Bottomline: I’m enjoying the game and will be trying some stuff out. Any tips on negging, general or particular, this way!
