Just a question, but is your drive to workout because of steroids. Since the "Mitchell Report" came out I've been reading up on steroids, and one of the "signs" of taking steroids is wanting to workout a lot. So idk just wondering.

Meth if you want some pretty heavy Buddhist literature, apart from the sutra's I would suggest reading Ajahn Chah. He's one of the only living Buddhas.

Going to the gym, by itself, is a drug of sorts. Physical exertion releases chemicals in the brain which are related to opiates. They make you feel good. Your muscles may be hurting and sore, but your brain feels good. Once you get hooked on going to the gym, you want to be there, you see results and want more.
