To keep it going depends on what you are trying to accomplish! I would have replied to her:

OMG you totally suck! I would have gone with Tiger Woods, everyone knows he's a total player!

AND THEN WAIT, KEEP HOLDING, WAIT A LITTLE MORE...Now she will respond with a "HAHA" or a "You're an asshole!" Either way you are in! If she is a HB 7 she won't know how to handle you telling her she sucks, and this will make her more interested and thus be compelled to respond. Haha means she thinks your attractive enough physically and you're an asshole means you're ok, but she needs to test you. Pass the test by shrugging it off (do not even acknoledge it).
