until last year I was an enthousiastic gymgoer. Went usually 5times/week. But after I started working (security sector = a lot of changing hours), I found giving myself excuses not to go ("I'll go tomorrow", "It's too late now", <insert random bullshit reason>)..
I know this is stupid of me, but I can't seem to break out of this negative pattern. It's hard to say "now I'm going to the gym" but oh so easy to say "I'll go tomorrow"... Now I was wondering, any tips on breaking the mental barrier of finally going one time (knowing myself, once I've gone one time, I'll remember how much I actually enjoy going and will pick up my old drive). And yes, I've told myself plenty of times "stop being a little bitch and just go!", but that doesn't have the same effect as it used to have...
Greetings,

You're either one step closer after today, or one step further away. _________________ “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” ~Audrey Hepburn
